Carriage Choices
Terralec are pleased to announce that our standard UK carriage rate is now only £6.70 for next day delivery to all UK mainland areas. Just place your order by 2pm and your parcels will be with you the next day.
For extremely urgent deliveries use the A.M Express service available to UK mainland areas, this will get your parcel to you before 12 midday the next working day. Don't forget orders need to be placed before 2pm. (Charge is per parcel for this service, but we can get many items into one box.)
For small lightweight items under 1kg, you can now take advantage of our small postal rate service, available to all areas. Please be advised the maximum order value for this service is £50. We recommend important and urgent items are ordered on the carrier service.
Look out for the pallet symbols on certain products. These goods will require the pallet shipment due to the size and weight of the items.
We now have a lorry symbol illustrated in certain areas of the catalogue and website. This indicates specialist delivery and normally a quote will be required for the shipment of such goods.
Please note that certain carriage charges are charged per box. We will contact you if this affects your delivery prior to shipment.

If your delivery area is not indicated or you are a remote area, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange a carriage quotation. If the incorrect carriage is selected you will be notified before your order is processed.

We can deliver to Europe and the rest of the world. Please e-mail or telephone for a quote.
Heavy and large items such as loudspeakers will be packed on a pallet to avoid damage. Delivery is between 9am and 6pm within 5 working days.
Terralec Ltd can not be held responsible for late delivery by the carriers.
Any non faulty goods requiring return for refund or exchange should be returned within 14 days of receipt. Faulty goods under standard warranty are generally covered for 12 months from date of invoice. We recommend you contact a member of our sales team to check return products before you arrange shipment back to us.
Non faulty returned items must be returned in original perfect sale condition with all the original accessories. Including; instructions & packaging.
All packaging must be intact. Please refrain from using gaffa tape, brown tape or staples that may affect the original packaging or product. Please use standard clear tape so as not to damage the outer packaging.
Manufacturers boxes that contain the product must be packed into another outer box with sufficient packaging i.e. Bubble wrap, polystyrene etc. to reduce the risk of damage to both product and packaging.
Any damages that may have occurred due to poor return packaging may result in product not being refunded in full.
All return parcels must include paperwork stating; Date of order, Original invoice address & postcode, Return product codes, Contact name, Number and Reason for return.
Refunds will not be issued on consumable items or products at risk of copy. If you are unsure if your product falls into this category please contact a member of the sales team.
Goods received damaged should be signed for as "Damaged". Once a parcel has been signed for as received in good condition claims for damage will not be accepted by the company.
Failure to follow the correct returns procedure may result in your items being subject to a handling charge or refund being refused.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
